The early harvesting of the olives, which takes place from early September to October, and the particularly ventilated hilly terrain allow for the production of a high-quality, premium oil without the use of pesticides. LùD’oliva is a pure, fragrant, and decisive oil on the palate, ideal for serving raw and always having on the table.
