Bluefin tuna in olive oil, handcrafted and hand-packed in Sicily. Available in 330g cans, in the following cuts: steak, belly, and tarantello. An excellence from the sea, with an authentic and intense flavor to be enjoyed on its own or to enrich and flavor first courses and salads.
The steak is a slice of red meat from the tuna's body, the belly comes from the underside and is very fatty and tender, while the tarantello is a lean and tender fillet taken from the flanks.
